Our approach

We want to ensure that your event is an unforgettable occasion. By taking a personal approach, we will work with you to create a unique and individual event. Working together means we can truly understand your vision and what your needs are, we will then apply our experience and expertise to bring that to life.

Hire Period

Our hire period is for the day of the event. However we understand that you may require time to set up and pack away so we can be flexible and do what we can to accommodate your request. We will work with you to ensure our lovely furniture and props are delivered to you and collected in good time to remove any stress and allow you to get on with other important things.

Delivery

You have the option of letting us arrange delivery or you can arrange to collect the goods yourself. The cost of delivery will be included in your initial quotation. Alternatively you can avoid the delivery costs by collecting yourself. The details of both options are outlined in the Terms & Conditions which will be sent in the Rental Agreement.

T&C

Once you make contact with us and request a quotation, you will be a sent the Rental Agreement. This will include the Booking Quotation, Booking Form and a copy of the Terms & Conditions. The Rental Agreement should be read through, completed, signed and sent back within 7 days of receipt to secure the booking. Please note, our prices to not include VAT, this will be added in your quotation.
